The organisation is seeking a Salesforce expert to optimise their platform, support users, and contribute to the overall success of their mission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator, managing and enhancing the Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of the charity.
- Collaborate closely with the existing Salesforce admin, leveraging your experience to provide guidance and support.
- Handle system configuration, including custom objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data security.
- Provide hands-on user support and training for a small, dedicated user base, ensuring a high level of service and personalized assistance.
- Maintain data integrity, performing regular audits and implementing best practices for data management.
- Support the charity’s operations by ensuring the Salesforce system enables efficient processes across departments.
Essential Skills:
- 5–10 years of Salesforce Administration experience within a professional setting.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including process automation, dashboards, and reporting.
- Solid knowledge of data management, security settings, and user administration.
- Proven ability to provide hands-on user support and training with excellent communication skills.
- A customer-focused attitude and a good bedside manner, given the importance of every user in the organisation.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201 or higher).
- Experience working within a charity or not-for-profit organisation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Flow.
- Experience with Tableau integrations and Power BI for data analysis useful but not essential.
Deal-Breakers:
- Lack of a minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Inability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills or a customer-focused approach.
Salary:
- £55,000 per annum.
